Mama’s Got a Brand New Bag
It’s a fascinating thing. I have read. I have studied. I have thought at great length. Laverne is raising her little chicks, and doing a great job. No interference from us, and I feel they are maturing faster than when we raise chicks in a brooder. This may not be true. When raised in the brooder, I watch them multiple times each day. I watch Laverne and her kids multiple times each day, but it is not the same. She encourages them to fly constantly… from the first time she kicked them out of the nestbox. She cares deeply for them, but she doesn’t put up with crap. Do. Your. Job. Young ones. I can seriously relate as a Gen X’er. She guides, and she protects.
Laverne can’t weigh ten pounds. She wanders into the pig pen with her tiny chicks and they scratch around for spilled feed and maggots (sorry… it’s part of rain on pig poo). Number 4 wandered over to see what they were doing. She walks over there with a gait that is only slightly better than one of the Huts in Star Wars. There is no aggression or ambition… just curiosity. Pigs are fascinated with everything around them. Number 4 slowly approached the very active poultry. The chicks quickly ran out of the fencing towards the yard. Laverne monitored their escape, and then shoved herself through the black-steel fence.
She stopped right outside the fence and turned around.
Number 4 walked to the fence and poked her nose out to sniff what was going on. After all, it is one of their most dominant senses, which is why they are used to hunt mushrooms that are grown underground.
Laverne stood there. She was solid. She was confident. Her wings went into a curved pattern and her feathers fluffed out. She looked almost twice her size. Yes. She looked about 15 pounds now. Number 4 just stood there with her nose sticking out the fence and sniffing. Laverne maintained her stance, moved forward, and pecked Number 4 squarely on the snout. Totally showed her. I am sure Number 4’s eyes watered, and her heart felt the pain of rejection… according to Laverne, who turned and slowly, and confidently, marched away. Stupid hog. It will never do that, again.
The chicks raced around in front of her as she left. So proud of their mom and how strong she was in the face of most certain death.
Number 4 just wandered back to the feed.
I will not dive into the final part of this post too deeply, but this response is important in today’s world. Maybe it does not apply to you, or you don’t feel it is necessary, but if the Spirit moves you, go look at what the current vaccine schedule is for babies and children right now. Or at least what it was as of 2024. Then go look at the frequency of various instances of afflictions in youth back in the 70s versus today. Yes. You should look up the vaccination schedule then, too. You might be surprised at what has changed that the media doesn’t want to discuss. I laughed out loud when I heard a comedian say that ultimately if Gen Z and Millennials didn’t do what Gen X wanted, we could take them all out with a jar of peanut butter. Peanut butter was common and beloved when I was in primary school…
At any rate, I am very proud of a young lady that I know, who had a baby back in June. She did what few seem to do anymore. She started researching everything about having and raising a baby. She actually initiated her research soon after she found that she was pregnant. To my immense happiness, she began to ask the question that the “Establishment” hates: “Why?” She refused to accept the supposedly required shots even in the face of glaring and threatening nurses. At one point, the father had to practically get in the face of a nurse with a full needle who was approaching the baby with a shot they had not deemed necessary or acceptable. With regards to one of the shots, she told the nurse, “we don’t need that one. My baby is not using dirty needles or having sex.” The nurse was ticked, but could not offer a logical rebuttal.
It is my sincere hope that everyone starts asking the powerful question of why. When I was a kid, no one questioned when the “Establishment” told us that butter was bad for us, and we should instead eat margarine, aka hydrogenated seed oil. The same stuff we now are being told is horribly bad for us. We were told eggs are bad for us. That was also proven wrong. I am fairly confident how history will ultimately record the physical responses to the COVID-19 “vaccines.” The ones the “Establishment” said were perfectly safe, protected you, and oh, by the way, you could lose your job if you refused. You will be ridiculed across all media if you refuse. Hmmm…
